Not too nice coming back from vacation to be cused out but all good I guess this is the way things are now. The guys who have been here know we have been doing this for over 8 years on sst alone maybe longer with one small break and in that time never once have we taken anyone's money. Any issue we ever had was either handled with credit or a refund.
what happened was we were scheduled to return on the first . we had decided to wait a few more days until Monday waiting on our re up of fresh raws to arrive , However the site was scheduled for vacation to be over on the first and opened for business without realizing . It was just today I realized a bunch of orders came in . complete screw up on my part , my deepest apologies. But in order to ensure everything goes smoothly Im asking to Please everyone relax . you will never loose your money or your products with us . In order for us to handle the influx of orders at this time im going to put all future orders on hold until Monday. we will be working on all the orders that came in the last 2 days . Please bare with us and know your order and money is safe . We have so many emails it will be impossible for me to return all of them and work on getting the orders out . That’s what they said. But apparently not. I’d rather have a supplier go on vacation every other week than to be gone pushing 6 weeks. This stuff is about insane. I also don’t get active on here much so I had 0 notice that they were going on n vacation so I’ve been out of something that makes it possible for me to live life normally.

People run business run trt run cycles and 6 weeks is too long for any supplier to be gone at a time. Too unprofessional for my taste at this point. Suppose to be the first suppose to be back then the 5th then the 6th, now probably potentially the 7th.

Illegal or legal a business is a business, and you are correct he “can” do whatever he wants but like I said that doesn’t mean it’s a good look.

Professionalism is a thing for drug dealers and a food restaurant to a Fortune 500 company.

So no matter what you say idc if it’s your first break in ten years closing your doors for 6 weeks at a time just isn’t that professional. You’re right I could go somewhere else, but I’ve spent 10s of thousands potentially even 20k of orders through this one place alone and it’s where I’m comfortable.

You really want a source to save your email or other personal information so they can make sure you know they’re closing?

These sources close up shop for long periods of time to avoid gaining attention or heat of law enforcement….on top of refreshing themselves.

@MastingMyLifeAway closures are part of the business. I can understand you perhaps being frustrated but a 4 week closure is about 1 extra vial of test using 2ml a week. You had ample opportunity to order and keep your cycle going in advance with any compound you could need.

Closures are good to make sure the operation is clean and clear and aids in user and source OPSEC. For SST, breaks from sources are permitted as long as notice was given. The fact that you don’t check the board frequently is nobody’s fault but your own.

You’re free to use any other source you choose if you didn’t like the way PharmaHGH went on vacation but he isn’t responsible for poor planning on your part.

Mate I understand your upset I get it I really do but there are things you may not be aware of . Even if you understand buisiness this is no ordinary business . We do the absolute best we can to provide this service to you guys . we love what we do and we appreciate all the support and loyalty we get . we never want to leave our customers dry . I apologize if you felt that way but I can promise you breaks are absolutely necessary. we were on break for 1 month but belive me when I tell you in this business that is a very short time . The intention is to break patterns . I would be happy to explain further if you want to email me .
