Anyone else having communication issues?
Can't get a response back and having shipping issues says label was created April 6th and nothing has changed. I've emailed but trying to have patience just isn't like them. I've been a happy customer over a year now

In the last couple of weeks Communication has taken a lot longer than what I’m used to from Syn, I would normally get a reply back within a couple hours now I’m waiting a day or two to get a reply.

Best wishes to TySyn/Syn. I’m concerned as I sent payment and haven’t heard back in 3 days. Hopefully this isn't the beginning of the end of a good source. Most exit scams start this way. Still holding out hope and sending best wishes to TySyn/Syn.

Totally agree man!!! Syn has always been reliable to me so I hope this is just a minor set back. Would be great to hear from Syn himself on here as I was under the impression that Tysyn was assisting Syn, would be good to hear from Syn himself and see what’s going on.

Please don’t make further purchases through Synergy Forge. TySyn will respond sooner or later and will ask for payment, but beware you will be ghosted after. I have yet to hear from him and have sent several e-mails asking for clarification, since everyone else on here seems to be going through the same thing. I have never posted on here before because quite frankly I didn’t need to until now.

Also, it does not matter what’s going on in their private life but there’s no justification for what they’re doing. Responding only takes a few minutes at most and more importantly there’s no need to ask for payment if you’re not intending on delivering. The least they can do is update their post indicating they won’t be accepting orders anytime soon.

Once again please save yourself the time and money, go through someone else, until they respond to our concerns.

EDIT 4/21 I have gotten response from Tsyn that its shipping. Took few days longer than usual to respond and we all panicked... I apologize.

Hello, I was messaged from him Tysyn earlier this week. He apologizes on behalf of what is going on and is doing everything to get back in operational order. When I spoke with him he was at a medical center so please be patient as he used me as his Avenue of communication. I guarantee someone having relations with Synergy Forge for 6 years that all matters will be resolved soon. In a medical facility there’s no means of communication/emailing as they do not have a secure device for reaching out as to why I was asked to fulfill this role. Please be patient all good things come in time!

Coming from you. I feel like everyone should have some sense of security. I don't think syn is going to leave you all high and dry. I have had some orders from him take a little longer than normal. But they always came through. Tysyn made me a little sceptical because of the email back and forth about life. But I understand trying to be customer savvy too. Trying to bring about a friendlier feel to shopping. Even though it's gear but no matter the case. Want to have a strong customer relation in any business. I feel like everyone has higher than normal anxiety too because we're playing with our hormones. But I don't think it's anything to worry about.
