Not at all, I am trying to give people options for contact since the server is still problematic and at least one person got through already. Not sure what the issue is but I am doing my best to remedy it. Thank you so much for your continued patience.

I believe everyone who could not get through on our main address have been able to get through on our [email protected] address, as you can see above. Please give it another try so we can assist you. And trust me, I wish all of these things had not happened at once, but the universe had other ideas.

So...I tried all you of your emails and they all got bounced back. Am I just out my $$ or are you planning on refunding or shipping anything.

All, SF posted 2 days ago regarding emails and directed emails to a new address. I had reached out to him prior to his post. Be sure to use the new address for contact and I’m sure he can update you on the status of your pack

Once again, synergy provides me with excellent customer service and extremely fast shipping. Syn shipped my order out on Thursday and it arrived today.

I received tracking today, looks the same as it ever has. Will report again on receipt, but it seems rumors of Syn's demise have been greatly exaggerated.

My package shipped Friday and is currently at the post office in my town with delivery tomorrow so any one making claim that SYN isnt legit...i beg to differ

I personally don't have a dog in this fight. But I don't think anyone made the claim that they weren't "legit". It's just in this industry when someone goes dark, comms change, etc. It usually isn't a good sign and rarely works out. People get understandably antsy and assume the worst because they've seen it time and time again. That's awesome that synergy is ok and back up and running though, glad to hear it

Just to chime in, I ordered right before all the problems. Right after I sent payment he went dark. After the email began working again, Syn had me send a confirmation of payment and my pack showed up in two days. No problems at all.

Syn was suppose to send my pack Saturday and send tracking Sunday night but I can no longer get in touch.
