I haven't had any communication since I ordered last week, except for the reply above, "all orders have shipped" but no response to any emails since August 29th.

They were very responsive up until I sent coin. I would avoid if I were you. I'll edit this statement once they contact me or my gear lands.

We hope everyone is doing well with the summer here and school being out! Less traffic - Hell yeah! Recently our order volume has dramatically increased and my business partner and I decided it was in the best interest to raise our order minimum to better serve our existing customer base. We don't want to be the source that gets overwhelmed with volume and begins to let things fall wayside due to not enough time to do the things that matter. I received email order shipped Aug 31st, but nothing in informed delivery and I emailed 2 times giving a couple days in between to see what happened… been fast in the past. This is suspect for sure. @tejascardinal update me.

Was there any communication with them while you waited? They say to give them 24-48 hours, which is reasonable, but 10-11 days with no communication is very suspect.

Got the pack within a week and only received one product out of the three I ordered and for some reason a fun dip which makes me question if my orals are real or just fun dip lol.
