1st order was absolutely awesome. Ordered on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. I was very impressed with the speed. However, I ordered a few days later and I have still yet to get my gear. It’s been over 2 weeks since I have ordered. I reached out and they gave me an eta on delivery but no tracking and it never showed up on that day. Emailed 2 more times and no response. Hoping I’m not out money for all the gear I ordered. I’m also in the middle of prep so it’s kinda upsetting.

Right there with you. I emailed and they gave told me it would be delivered on Friday but it didn’t show. Informed Delivery also says waiting for package. I emailed 2 more times and no one has responded.

Ordered 8/18, processed next day and arrived today 8/25. Very happy, got some pharma clen. Thanks for carrying this, seems to not be many sources with this right now which is surprising which how much of a staple it is in prep. Cheers man.

To set the record straight, got my pack today but for some reason it wasn’t showing on informed delivery. May have been due to how it was addressed (missing a word) but I’m in receipt. Thanks all!

You’re fine, they don’t send confirmation emails and it may be a couple days before you hear back via email. They have an explanation on the front page addressing that. I would suggest signing up for Informed Delivery via USPS, that way you can see pack progress and ease your mind. These guys have always come through for me.
