Instead of taking my comments personal, how about you look at me as trying to improve your way of business. Instead you made a comment about your terms of service as a way to justify your shortcomings

Look at other top sources, they don't have some of the customer posts that you get occasionally. Take this as a way to do better and improve.
it's funny how he says he responded to all emails, and then 5 users shows up saying they didn't got a reply lol.

I know this isn't amazon, but no one is expecting to get the package the day after, they just want a word from the vendor like "hey don't worry man, I got your payment and your package will go out in the next few days", instead of being in a communication limbo.

You're right. I've been spending the better part of today consulting with my team on ways we can improve to hold ourselves more accountable.
I'm going to be setting up an orders email that will be managed by multiple team members who will check the email multiple times a day. This should improve our communication rates drastically because currently it is just me, the owner, checking every 24-48 hours. This isn't an excuse but our email volume is absurd. Roughly 5-8 emails per hour - every hour.

Just have to evolve to accommodate.

I received your email and responded requesting more information to locate your order in your system. I don't see any other emails from that email. Did you use another email?


I sent an email earlier today with no response. Ordered on 12/26 got an email on 12/27 saying order was verified and shipped that day, but no tracking and order has not shown up yet.
What email are you emailing? Everything has been responded to.

Mine still sitting at shipping label created on the 28th. It's now the 7th so I guess it'll get here eventually. I'm not bothering to email anymore. I don't want to wait a week for a response.

Same label created 28th. Does your number happen to end in 90134? Just wanna make sure we aren’t getting one put over on us.

Agreed. Time will tell so we'll see if some of the Same issues continue to pop up here. Or if he seriously addresses them and most customers are happy. Hard to choose this guy over a few sources already here currently.

His problem is being edgy about how he doesn't respond fast. Yeah that's great. We aren't all tied to our devices but multiple emails and a week of nothing just for a confirmation email on purchase is just bad.

Fool me once shame on shame on you. Fool me, can't get fooled again.

Finally shipped. Expected delivery 13 days after purchase. Only a few days after posting. The website really needs to be updated to will ship or return emails when you complain in a public space.

Update again: pack has landed and everything is accounted for! High volume time led to the pack not updating for days and the heavy emails from customers. Total time for. Ordered and paid on 29th dec arrived on 7th Jan.

To go against the grain, I had a wonderful experience with the sale. I ordered after the stated sales window still got the discount and I received the package in a timely manner. Excited to test.

This is not what I want and again I apologize for the lack of communication. Hopefully the changes implemented will resolve these issues moving forward.

I placed an order Dec 29th (11 days ago) for Semaglutide. A tracking number was generated Dec 31st (9 days ago). Since then, the tracking has not updated. It is still on "Tracking number created." In your email on Jan 6th, you assured me that it had been shipped, but honestly I've never seen a package get stuck in "Tracking number created" for this long if the package was actually on the move.

Can you please let me know when you mailed the package? That may help me to be on the lookout for it or track it down with USPS or the shipping partner you use.

I placed an order on 12/30 during the Christmas sale and hoping it arrives soon! Came to check this thread seems it's not just me so hopefully it all gets sorted out soon.

Looking forward to it because I've had the pleasure of trying out your Test-C and Primo and they were both excellent. No pip whatsoever and I'd almost been ready to give up on Primo altogether because the PIP was pretty damn bad from my last source. This stuff has been smooth lol
