Just wanted to drop a quick message. Please realize this time of year, USPS is really bogged down, so T/A is going to suffer, there is no way around it unfortunately.

All we can do, is drop your items off in a timely manor, and after that it is up to them to do their job, which they suck at, this time of year.

It is not uncommon for packages to not get scanned in the same day as dropped, or take 2-3 days longer in transit than typical. Just please understand we do not like this, anymore than you.

We just ask that you exercise some patience, and realize we are doing our part.

I pretty much dread this time of year, every year, and can not wait for it to be over.

People just need to understand, no one gets more stressed about it than us. We don’t want this shit jammed up, anymore than the clients. I want everyone to have goodies in 2 days, period. Anything that prevents that, and I am angry.

4-5 more weeks of this I am thinking.
