Amazing, little late review but I ordered last week with a decent sized order and viper was quick to respond, quick to ship, all around it was an amazing arrangement! Products feel good, packaging is on point, communication was perfect, shipping was fast as well! 10/10!! Will be placing another one soon!!

What kind of T/A are you guys seeing as of late? Put in an order Monday and thought I would have at least received some tracking info by now....

Same here. Ordered and sent payment on Tuesday morning 5/17. My order has been “processing” since then. Might just chalk it up as a loss

Just email again and ask for tracking. I ordered Wednesday afternoon, asked for tracking today. He shipped it out yesterday afternoon according to the tracking I received. I’m sure he’s just overwhelmed with orders due to BOGO ending soon.. I’ve ordered twice and received within a week.

They actually just sent an email with my tracking information a couple minutes ago. I was a little worried tbh, but you’re right I’m sure they’re overwhelmed.

Yeah I wouldn’t sweat it. Don’t be afraid to be annoying, it’s your money. Even if VF is annoyed - he doesn’t show it, super professional.

Yep sure enough received message with tracking info. They have to be swamped with orders, but so glad I got a response. Happy with the customer service so far - seems very eager to earn and keep customers...

I wouldn't be stressing a little delay with them, as others have mentioned they have the BOGO going on that ends soon so people are probably flooding orders in.

Hey guys we appreciate your patience as orders have been pretty active but we are here for you all and take everyones order very serious and as a priority, Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis and with the BOGO ending pretty soon we are doing our best to make sure everyone has an opportunity to get involved. There is no minimum purchase amt, we mix and match and really try to meet everyones needs. We are always willing to negotiate and work with you.
