You can also look at bloodwork from people using VFs gear and anecdotal evidence.
Its all here on the forum. Just have to look around a little bit and navigate the site.

@viper-flex does it again! My black friday pack just landed and looks great. Everything I ordered is accounted for and the oils didn't even crash considering it's bitter cold outside. Tiny little bit of powder inside the packages of tablets with maybe one or two having a small chip out of the edge, but we are talking a few out of hundreds of tablets.
Did not get tracking info this time (it was a crazy busy sale) but all is well that ends well! T/A from order placement to my hands was 7 days.

Just when I thought I was all stocked up I hear he has some new goodies coming for us!
