Hey man, I know that VF will respond, but I just figured I’d give you the scoop on this. Both HCG and Semaglutide need to be reconstituted with sterile, bacteriostatic water. I would recommend that you get two 5ml vials of bacteriostatic water (also called reconstitution water), one for each compound (HCG and Semag.) Draw up 1ml of water and put it in your vial of compound powder and swirl it around. Then, draw that 1ml up in the same syringe and put that back into the water vial that you originally drew it from. This will give you a simple reconstitution ratio where 1ml of fluid will equal 1mg of your compound (or .25ml of your fluid will equal .25mg of Semaglutide). You could make your solution more or less concentrated by reconstituting with more or less bac. water; it really just depends on what you want to do.

You could also get a couple of 10ml sterile vials and a 30ml vial of water and just put your product in the empty vials. Others may chime in with their own methods as there’s many ways to skin this cat, but this is just what works best for me. Feel free to ask any other questions as this community is extremely helpful and you’ll definitely get your answer.

There is a few approaches to constituting semaglutide
In my opinion I prefer using a 100 IU insulin pin for semaglutide (self pinning)

The Process: IMO
VF semaglutide 5mg vial = constitute with 2ml bac wtr. I generally use a intramuscular pin for extracting bac wtr and constituting,
while personally I pin with a 100 iu insulin pin.
Dosage is 10 units which is 10 notches on a 100iu insulin pin= 250mics of semaglutide
( dose is 1x a week up to 2 - 6 months)
If your not noticing any effects after 2 weeks you can up the dose and use 12 units on a 100 IU insulin pin which is 11 notches.

I assume it's just to make confirming payment quicker/ easier. I never thought of it as anything bad just like showing a receipt at a store. Im sure Viper would work with you if you don't want to.

So heres my experience with the semaglutide.

Ive been using pharma ozempic from a US pharmacy for a while. Last year I used it for about 9 months and it was phenomenal. I took a 3 month break and started using UGL semaglutide this january. I found that they all have the same problem. They all feel very underdosed. Ive tried many different sources, including some popular peptide sites you guys are probably familiar with, a few sources on here, and the larger wholesale sources like PPL.

With VF I started with 0.5 Mgs for a week, felt nothing, upped the dose to 1 mg the week after and still nothing. Just to fuck around I took 2 mgs the week after and still really didnt notice anything. As a reference, when I was using Pharma ozempic I topped out at 1 mg per week, the appetite suppression was extreme and sides were definitely noticeable. Please keep in mind Im not saying its bunk or anything like that, this is just what Ive experienced. I know theres testing from Jano confirming it is semaglutide. I havent done any 3rd party testing on any of the sources Ive tried.

I 100% trust the sources on this board so im gonna guess as to why my experience has been this way. I know that the UGL semaglutide is lyophilized powder, the official ozempic website lists some "Inactive ingredients" like disoidum phosphate dihydrate and other things. Im not a chemist but I think the inactive ingredients may have something to do with the effectiveness of the compound.

Just my experience, YMMV.

It’s bad OpSec. I did it once, but scrubbed the file to remove all information- protected me. On my next order, he confirmed payment without me sending a picture.

VF- seriously, you don’t wanna be downloading files. You don’t know what’s in them, and it’s very easy to insert a beacon in an image file.

I understand your concern,
We use this process because it provides proof of your payment and assist with bringing about efficiency to the processing of your order as there is many variable outcomes involved when making a payment. One of many Examples is sometimes a payment is made by the buyer but we havent received it and generally its because a hold has been placed by the app they are using that the buyer is unaware of etc... but the screen shot can provide details on why it hasnt cleared which would help us both better asses the situation and also it reduces the back and forth emailing which then allows us to be more productive when dealing with high volume of orders. Providing proof of payment brings transparency and a form of reference if ever there is an issue with your payment. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out.
