ordered from them right before Christmas. Communication was good very responsive. Told me that they would ship out that Tuesday. Said 3-4 days, at least the MT2 was in Canada. Asked them for a tracking number and when I finally got the tracking number I didn't need it cause my package was already here maybe Thursday. They helped with the break down of how to run it, reconstitute it. very nice experience.
