Started first cycle and want some honest advice from experienced users

Hello guys, Finally took the leap at 23 years old. Have had 3 surgery's in the last year and a half and I'm tired of constantly putting on and loosing muscle mass but now i am done with all that. After months of reserch and reading forums. I have settled on the current cycle as my first real cycle. (Have run 2 anavar onlys in my younger years)

Syn pharma test e (250mg a week split between 2 shots) 12 weeks

Syn Pharma turinobol (40mg daily split between 2 doses) 6 weeks

Syn arimidex 0.5mg EOD

Total cycle support (4 pills daily)

I started the tbol a couple days befor first test shot

Pct plan:
Syn nolvadex 40/40/20/20 for 4 weeks
Olympia gold clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

My questions are going to seen lame but i am a newbie.
1. Is this a good first cycle plan
2. Is syn pharma products good and legit got from a private source
3. I am on week 2 of the cycle and have noticed nothing when will i begin to notice changes to my mood/libido/body.
4. I am trying to stay lean and put on mass what should by diet look like on this. Obviously i know to hit 200 g of protein a day but should i be in a caloric surplus of deficit.

1: Not really but none of us ran a 'good' cycle our first time.
2: This is a question you ask BEFORE buying products. At this point it doesn't matter how good or bad their product is because you already bought it.
3: Takes 4-6 weeks
4: Whatever you're already eating. There's no need to overthink this; the best diet is the comfortable one.

Additional:
-You'll get better results overall by doing 12 weeks of Tbol instead of 6 and just halving the dose to make your pills last.
-PCT is a meme unless you're fully coming off and never running gear again or going to be off for a long ass time and you will basically just throw away all you had on cycle and slowly return to pre-cycle physique/strength levels.
-Cycle Support products are pointless wastes of money. One or two tiktok sarms goblin types might disagree with me but ignore them because they're tiny as shit and weak as fuck.
-Adding to the 2nd additional point, you should just run your clen throughout the cycle.
-You should probably pick one goal (Lean or Mass) and you can toss in Strength alongside it, because you're going to be very disappointed if you honestly think you'll get bigger + leaner on this cycle. You have T, Tbol and Clen so I'd recommend just getting lean and trying to add 30-50lbs to your squat, bench and deadlift.
