How do you dick veined scientists maintain sterility when transferring filtered gear from the media bottle attached to a bottle top filter to vials? Anyone put a membrane onto the media bottle that acts as a stopper that the transfer syringe may puncture?

Is there a GL45-threaded membrane that can be sterilized and screwed onto a media bottle?
Please provide links if applicable, thanks.

Can use a serological pipette or media bottle pump to fill vials, personally I’ve switched to 33mm Wheaton media bottles with butyl septa caps and just draw from those.

I considered using those for the 45mm bottles I’m sure it’ll be fine but for some reason I just prefer the 33mm bottles with Butyl Septa caps.
