I'm thinking that it was the extremely high e2 levels that caused a spike in my triglycerides although in the Labs where thoes are elevated my e2 had came down to 13 after stopping everything in Sept so maybe it takes time to adjust

This might be an anomaly you should get retested and test your blood sugar on the regular you might have some insulin resistance going on that your not aware of and that can and will raise triglycerides. A glucose monitor and the strips are pretty cheap and necessary in this game when your consuming a lot of carbs and also have been for a long period of time.

Dude there’s no way triglycerides that elevated are due to E2. What is your diet like? I’d get on some statins or something ASAP. I’ve had E2 as high as 112 pg/mL and it’s only improved my lipid profile tbh.

I test it and it's always with range before and after meals usually around 85 upon waking

Triglycerides or total cholesterol? Even total cholesterol that high is pretty bad but if it really is Triglycerides that's dangerous

I do remember I was not fasting that day so it could play a huge role in why they were elevated I just remembered this

My total cholesterol was 163
I would not worry too much about it. If you really wanted to you can take another set of labs after fasting for 12 hours.. but i bet it would be good. Me personally id wait until my next regulary scheduled blood work.
