I would suggest you do the following:

1) Cut out/reduce alcohol and saturated fat intake
2) Check your liver function. Sometimes elevated triglycerides can be due to liver abnormalities.
3) Drop down to a cruise dose.
4) Check your HBa1c. Sometimes, pre-diabetes/diabetes can also raise triglycerides.

First let me say sorry for your loss. I’ve lost an older brother. RIP
What’s your diet like? I know after something like the loss of a family member simple pleasures like eating appetizing foods becomes therapy. If it was me I’d do a 3-5 day water fast and get retested and go from there. If it’s still pretty elevated. Drop to a true TRT, lower fat and protein intake, and implement daily cardio.

Couple questions:

Why are you just now trying to address something that you noticed back in November? That’s way too much time to not get something like that taken care of

You should always fast when getting CMP, lipids, and CBC testing. Of course if you eat high cholesterol, fatty, and sodium foods right before it’ll throw off the labs.

I know you said you consume a clean diet but you mentioned eating 6 eggs with yolks for breakfast.

I’m no expert on this by any means BUT what I can tell you from own experience is the following:

For ME, eating even just two eggs per day doubled my LDL from 53 to 112. It also spiked my triglycerides from 63 to 120.

I would eliminate stepwise from your diet ANY source of saturated fat and dietary cholesterol and re-evaluate your BW with each food elimination. Through process of elimination, you’ll find out what’s been wrecking your triglyceride levels.

Sorry to hear that, wasn’t trying to come off insensitive. PEDs take a toll on our health and taking the proper precautions is so vital to mitigate the risks that come with it. Once you get the results back from the recent labs be sure to check back in with the update. I think with you fasting this go round it’ll come out favorable

I’m not sure about triglycerides specifically but I take red yeast rice (technically a statin), krill oil, and citrus bergamot to help with lipids staying in range. I’m about to start using telmisartan at 40mg which is shown to help with lipids, hematocrit, and prevent LVH

I believe tht morning I ate roughly 6 eggs with 4 yolks a protien shake and oats
Dawg that's why it was so bad xD normally for lipids they ask if you've fasted for 12-14 hours and if you say no they turn you away for a reason. Try again but actually fasted, I'm sure it'll be better

Update: triglycerides are normal at 67 but this time around wbc count was a tad bit low never had that happen before I did get sick about 3 days after getting my bloods so maybe that has something to do with it

Yea I wouldn’t worry too much about the WBC. Now if they’re tanked across the board that’s something to retest but if you were sick that explains the reason
