I don't ignore supplementation, I ignore hacks and shills. Cheap supplements have been around forever and have survived through a million grifters, I don't NEED to list anything. Buy what you want, get that big ole booty hole stretched out by your favorite fella all you want. I'll be over here saving money
So, again, link us some of your recommended supplements since you don't ignore them. You haven't listed one example of what you claim is a good (re better) buy.

Have you seen bigger, stronger faster? Where mark bell makes the fake supplements to make a point?
Been a while since I've seen it, but I vaguely remember that. Kinda my point about these "famous" fitness guys and their supps. Just look at gorilla mind and his turkesterone, been selling fake junk for years and no one seems to care haha. Just a series of a cult of personality until they collapse and a new one pops up

Sure why not. NOW foods omega 3, you can buy a ONE HUNDRED serving bottle with more omega 3 fatty acids that your little butt buddies supplements for literally 13 dollars. If you feel absorption is poor then double up and buy 4 bottles for the price of his one and you'll still have a supply for 5× longer for the same price.

What, other than your NOW foods Omega 3, do you take?

I was duped by the ad campaign for muscle tech back in the day. I agree with you.

His omega3 product is expensive because it has AvailOM in it. Not something to gloss over and compare to NOW foods lol. Yes it's expensive, you're right, but absorption can be an issue with omega 3s.

Another good brand is Infinis. They have some good support supps and are coming out with more. NOW has its place, but not in comparison to some of Leviathan and Infinis' products.

High-quality support supps that are dosed properly and have good absorption are worth their weight in gold, and are often ignored by gear heads.

If you like Infinis, cool, I have no reason to doubt you're getting the ingredients on the label but damn expensive

The product called Glucose: dihydroberberine & r-ALA for $60/month

The ones called GLP1 and Anti-Aging: snake oil for $55 and $80 per month, respectively

You took one example and got a hard-on. You can't come up with any other examples of better or ostensibly cheaper alternatives than what Leviathan or Infinis have. How retarded do you have to be to ignore the importance of support supps. You cheap out on them too 😂

Caffeine and kilos and their $39.99 caffeine product is such a better value. You're right.

There: more than one example

This conversation isn't about Omega 3s anyway lmao. Did you read the rest of the comments? This was in response to OP's question about supplementation must-haves. Being on gear, support supps become paramount.

You say supps are paramount and make a post specifically about brands

I'm not going out of my way to shit on any supplement companies so if there are some specific products by Leviathan that you like, feel free to name them

Andrew Huberman really showed his cards with turkesterone, saying it was as good as dbol on the fucking Joe Rogan podcast. Basically just parroting Derek MPMD (long before Greg Doucette stole it).

Sorry not sorry to the Hube fans; I loved his early podcasts before he went full shilajit retard.

Yeah, I don't pay attention to the GLP1 and Anti-Aging products. But they, like most of their products, are expensive because they use a lot of trademarked ingredients.

You mentioned two ingredients in the Glucose product but ignored the other ones. How come?
There: more than one example
That wasn't directed at you, and I think that was obvious. The request was for C&K to link some supps that he uses. He responded with the same NOW foods Omega 3 example.

I am confused by your wording. Are you saying for me to make a post, or that I made a post about specific brands? I only mentioned Leviathan in response to OP's question. I sort of inferred he meant related to gear support, which is where Leviathan came in. I like them because they had one of the first TUDCA products in the market that was actually tested for purity. A lot of the IFBB pros use and have used their TUDCA. Even Jay Cutler posted their IRE product.

Anyway, I think I misread OP's ask, and if he's looking for general health supps, he'd be fine with other more mainstream brands like NOW foods, etc.

I'm not going out of my way to shit on any supplement companies so if there are some specific products by Leviathan that you like, feel free to name them

I personally use their TUDCA, kidney (astragaloside ingredient used in there is really hard to find, especially standardized at 98%), and their hemo flow product (to lower hematocrit). Check out the video Tim, owner of Natural Body inc, who is one of the more respected guys in the supp space, put out on it. You can see it here on their product page.

Other brands that are great: NutraBio, Chemix (Guerilla Chemist owned, which is someone worth checking out btw!), Glaxon, and Like A Pro.

I only recently became familiar with the brand Infinis, but I like their approach using a lot of trademarked ingredients in their products. I picked up their kidney, glucose, and liver products recently to use with my upcoming blast. They're coming out with a few new products soon as well that at first glance look very promising.

Stack3d is a good resource for supps releases/news, and PricePlow is a good source for education and news. Worth checking out if you are into this stuff, even if you're in the market for a good pre-workout.

Listing Guerilla Chemist being the owner of a supplement company as a pro is an immediate flag for me to never pay attention to any of your opinions on anything.

The man thinks retatrutide is a "GLP-3" medication

I couldn't care less if you pay attention to my opinions on anything.

I saw that podcast as well. I think there was a genuine misunderstanding. He's an otherwise smart guy, and has created a number of good products. He always posts really good studies and references them often when making claims.

But QQ about one mistake and discredit something completely. Gen Z gonna Gen Z.

He switches compounds mid-cycle. During 7 week cycles. He has no idea what he's talking about. If you want to see plenty of people dismantle his dumb ideas, go read Lord's log thread.

Also, I wish I was Gen Z. I ain't getting any younger.

L.Rea's take on the seven-week cycles is still an interesting read. I'll take a look at Lord's thread.

I have nothing against branded ingredients; the opposite. At least you know what you're getting. If a product says it has GlucoVantage and there's no dihydroberberine there's gonna be a lawsuit.

Wrt the "Glucose" product, specifically: they add a ton of ingredients in there but there are only 2 or 3 that carry the claims. And they use that to justify charging 3x the price when you could save a lot of money by just buying those ingredients separately.

So... take fish oil, too? Maybe double up on it if it's from NOW foods?
