I am not sure how to embed these as images but I tested 3 compounds from Syn Canada for my wife as she is doing her first bikini prep this year. It's more expensive but we were hoping to have some peace of mind with what she's using. A bit surprised by the results to say the least.

Oxandrolone 10mg: https://janoshik.com/tests/26865-SO_A1FMENMLDCHW
Result: 9.14mg / 7.94mg
1 pill a little underdosed and 1 pill more than 20% underdosed?

Clenbuterol 50mcg: https://janoshik.com/tests/26866-SC_UELBCPMH1Y7W
Result: 47.45mcg / 40.90mcg
Same story as above. 1 pill a bit underdosed, the other almost 20% off. Honestly I'm just happy they aren't overdosed out the nose. Main concern was wife unknowingly using like 100mcg instead of 25mcg if she split a tab.

Accutane 10mg: https://janoshik.com/tests/26867-SI_EQT6SJGJL2LR
Result: 4.85mg / 5.04mg
Now I'm confused because the packaging says 10mg but these are both almost perfect 5mg. I have read that UGL accutane is often underdosed but this seems... like a lot? I assumed it would be better. At least the dose is consistent though and 5mg daily might be a better dose for my wife anyways.

Thanks for testing, hate to see poor results. I hope you post this on meso in their thread.

I don't have a Meso account. I think I tried to sign one up at some point but there was an admin approval process. Been a while.

In any case you are free to share them there. I'd also be open to starting a pool for testing more UGLs (in Canada). This was kind of expensive but worth it to know what the wife would be using. I can't afford to do this for every vial I use though.

Hello,

The results that you posted are quite concerning and I am looking into this as we speak. In the meantime, can I get you to contact me at [email protected]? Thank you,

Kind regards,

Isotretinoin is infamous for being highly susceptible to degradation via various stressors and thus requires specific production and packaging to maintain its potency for a few months even. While every UGL is well aware of this, I'm not aware of any UGL making finished Isotretinoin doing any of that, which makes it useful at best as a red flag of which labs to avoid.

I had a similar result for their Anavar test e clomid nolva anadrol all coming back heavily underdosed. Contacted the rep, he just told me to F off. Posted it on meso but they are honestly just schills and attack you.

Nobody has ever contacted me with legitimate test results and been told those words from my mouth EVER. I don't operate in an unprofessional manner such as that so I know you're not talking about me, nor would any of our reps say such things. You posted FTIR results that actually showed the legitimate product that was on the label. If I am incorrect in my statement, would you be so kind as to point out where you posted these test results for the numerous compounds you claim to have tested and posted at meso? Thank you.

You are always permitted to offer anecdotal reviews, however if you either claim or otherwise imply to have tested a product via lab testing and appeal to that result as an authority then you must substantiate that with evidence. You are greatly encouraged to either 1) share the lab results you are speaking of, the ones that demonstrate Syn products to be underdosed or 2) stop claiming or implying to have tested them.

Again, you may make anecdotal claims to the efficacy of a product, but it must not be misrepresented as being based in empirical evidence.

Dear valued clientele of SST,

We have spoken with this client and he hasn't provided any proof of purchase, and will not say who he grabbed the order from, etc. We are actively trying to resolve this matter with them but there's been no proof given that SYN tablets were tested, besides an offer to show a picture of the product from the client. Further to this, if you look at the Janoshik reports, there is no proof on the reports that SYN tablets were tested. It states that the manufacturer is unknown. Please note that we are absolutely willing to reimburse the cost of the product, and the cost of testing, but have unfortunately not been given any evidence that this order was made. We will continue to try and work with this client if he is willing to work together with us.

Regarding these test results, and without getting super technical on this, we use a twin-shell V-blender for all of our tableting. We also utilize a process referred to as "step blending" which ensures consistency throughout each individual tablet. The variances which were posted do not align with those practices. Further to that, if one understands the tableting process (no fault of theirs if they don't), one would understand that there's no means of producing one tablet at one amount and the other tablet at another amount. They're either all 9mg per tablet (for example), or they're all 7mg per tablet. There's no way to toggle the active ingredient up or down as the tableting process takes place.

My primary concern is one of two things; 1) that our tablets weren't actually the ones which were tested, or 2) that the product sent was somehow tampered with in advance. Perhaps it didn't even come from an authorized Syn representative. I don't know, obviously. My first step was to verify with the client, who they purchased these items from. That's what I'd like to determine before anything else. The second, which we have already inquired with Janoshik about, is whether or not those were verified SYN tablets (whether via picture, description, etc.)

Please understand that no one is pointing the finger at the client for this. I personally have over a decade of involvement with this industry and take a great deal of pride in the product which I offer to the end user. The results which were posted aren't something taken lightly, nor is it something our team will just scoff at and pretend didn't exist. This is concerning on a number of levels and we intend to rectify it.

Kind regards,
SYNrep

Typically customers don’t want to tell you who they are if they get bad testing results out of fear of retaliation or doxxing. You immediately started making excuses despite your claims of taking it seriously and not blaming the customer. I’m sure if you reached out to jano and paid the $5 on behalf of the client he would supply you with pictures of the samples to clear all of this up. Putting “syn” or “unknown” on the jano order report proves nothing

I can not see in the reps response that you quoted where he asked the customer who he was or to identify himself an any manner. The rep also mentioned that they had already inquired with Jano for more info on the tabs tested. Can't really see where the rep starts making excuses he did explain how tablets are blended before being pressed and also his concerns that the tablets were not syn mfg or if they came from a legit syn source. Guess you have not been around long enough or paying enough attention to have seen some of the web pages that are around or pop up from time to time sell gear that is not from the UGL that is claimed to be but a total fake or a knock off. Its easy to print label's and make some bucks off a labs rep.

So the rep has outstanding unanswered questions the original poster who after the first complaint post and a second short post is now AWOL on this for almost a week so what's up with that?

lol I'm not AWOL I just have a job... I have spoken to the rep by email quite a bit. His concern was that the tests weren't done on syn products, but Janoshik was kind enough to include a photo of the samples in the original test report so that eliminates that doubt.

So far the rep has offered to reimburse for costs of the products and testing. He also initially volunteered to make a large donation to my proposed testing pool but it felt a bit too much. I don't think that he should be bent over because of this. He is 100% making the effort to make me whole for the costs. He has also proposed that if I won't take the large donation for a community testing pool, he will put that towards more testing of syn products which I believe they intend to share publicly but I am not sure.
