Homie got called out for being an idiot and posting his picture and now he’s butthurt. But unless that picture is over 8 years old, then you have no business using gear IMO. And fact is, that’s not the case as you just told us above you’re graduating HS… or college (not likely due to context). Neither one is old enough to be using gear without permanently Fucking up your endocrine system.

Mike is right. You posted an anedoctal complaint about an established source. With zero evidence. And one who has recent testing to back up their claims! Something you do not! Why didn’t you simply spend the money and send our your gear to be tested if you were suspect? Lucky for you, the source agreed to take care of you. I don’t agree with the source ghosting you after agreeing to work with you. But pretty sure there’s a legitimate reason which will eventually come to light.

That said, for the sources protection, you should be using an encrypted email.

I think we'll call it here as far as public commentary goes. @jjgira's complaint is pertaining to a refund he was promised by the source. The reason for seeking out that refund and @Synergy Forge's reason for promising it are unimportant.

The source has been contacted and has responded via email, so hopefully we'll see the resolution shortly.

Hmm so you continue to speculate. That picture is indeed about 8 years old buddy, as I'm graduating graduate school and you trying to judge how old other people 'need' to be before using AAS it out of your control, and you can continue to hold your opinions. How is posting the previous conversations going to help out this situation, the one I was questioning was being ghosted after being promised a refund - which is the only thing needed to be addressed. Simply ask for more evidence, or further clarification if you are genuinely curious - but personally attacking people is not what this thread is for, and just shows your true character. Cool down buddy, and thanks for your input, but we don't see eye to eye and the world will not implode because of it.

Yes I will state my opinion…. Not judge, bc I have a medical background. Before I went off to Afghanistan, medicine was my field. So yes, I understand better than most the endocrine system. As far as speculation …. It’s called using context clues to be informed. Just like any jury or any prosecutor, etc. That said I also addressed the sources handling of the situation. Take it how you will, the burden of proof is on you, and reality is, you provided no proof. You simply have a source saying your drama wasn’t worth it so he’d rather refund you. If he changed his mind, well I don’t blame him. Is it good form… no. I prefer to stand by my word. But I could understand why they may change their mind. Especially with your handling of the situation. Again… good luck. Just remember. You’re smashing a source who has years of good faith and support behind him. You have an uphill battle.

I by no means am slandering his name, or going forward talking shit about said source. Him and I went over many options together, and THIS is the one we both agreed on makes the most sense given the circumstances. So while this is the outcome, and the way it's being handled, I am by no means coming off as anything negative. I had to resort to this once communication was stopped and the aforementioned decision we made was not being delivered. Any communication is better than none, especially when we were making progress. That is simply why I had to do this, I hate doing it personally, but I just needed it to be resolved and share MY experience.

Please keep me updated! I am actually moving addresses this week and since it has been over a month since I talked to Syn I will most likely need it to go to a new address or Zelle if he chooses that payment route.

Thanks!

Can I PM you my current address as it seems I have not been contacted and at least you're in communications with them? I moved out of my old address due to being done with school
No, no one should ever send me their address. You can email us at [email protected] with any additional info on this transaction if you'd like.

Okay, well keep me updated until I need to give it out I won't. Like I said, I have 0 communication with Syn still since my last email chain from the previous screenshots. Hence this is still unsolved and I'm still waiting.

Heard from the source, he informed me he would no longer give me a refund and has rescinded that offer. That seems to be the final update on the matter, him going against his word and what I was told.

Hello all, it seems that I have waited long enough and will now address this situation. For me it isn't a situation at all, I was poised to send this gentleman his money back but just prior to doing so he sent me an interesting email that piqued my interest and got my gears churning and so I withheld my refund as well as my judgement until I had more information on the situation. Those of you that know me know I don't run off half-cocked with inadequate information; rather I sit back and collect information, verify facts, and summarize to come to an educated conclusion. Most of the time it doesn't ever surface for the public, it's far easier to quickly take care of an issue than have a public forum over things that aren't even facts, with no supporting evidence. In addition to that, I prefer to avoid negative publicity as much as possible, but am not in the slightest afraid of confrontation. So when someone tells me that there's something wrong with my gear and offers no proof, I take it with a grain of salt and generally do what it takes to make them happy despite knowing that I'll be flatulent with smoke for the next few days. It's easier and takes less of my time. HOWEVER, and this is a big however, if you insult me then I take it personal and dig my heels in and drop back to doing what is required of me only. For me, the sleight came from the OP indicating that he wanted to handle his business off the forum and I made him certain offers to make him feel whole based on that. In his reply email to me he mentioned that he was willing to change his post should I carry through with what I said. That really struck me as an odd thing to say and I never want anyone to change their post. Two things he said that jumped out at me at that point that were in his reply email:

"Sending me more would normally be the route I take..."

At that point I wondered how often this happens, how many sources have done this and started looking at his pattern that is well known to sources from customers that are looking to receive more than they purchased. Next this phrase:

"I will promptly also change my post on the forum to detail my experience and your amazing service"

Since I was unaware of any posting, I responded back:
"Can you send me a link to your post please? I'm not sure I have seen it."

To which he sent this:
"I'm sorry but can we keep communication a bit more fluid? I'm still confused as to where we stand. You claimed you needed my address and I sent it, what is it you need from me now?"

That was the clincher for me and I determined, at that point, this was a situation that didn't warrant an immediate response. So I sat back and watched the OP. His first post was to complain about my gear and it's efficacy so there wasn't much to go on to develop a pattern but since that time, he has had his 15 minutes and I can safely say that I'm satisfied with my decision not to refund him. Not only did I rescind the offer to refund him, I rescinded every offer that would make him feel whole and ask that he find a source to which he might enjoy a better relationship; ultimately deciding that the product that he chose was what he received and I was not responsible to supply him gear, let him bash me, and also send him money all in a single transaction. I Gave him 2 of the 3. That is where he went to management to try to tell on me, saying I promised to refund him. This word "promise" has been thrown around so much that even I am starting to believe it, but nothing could be further from the truth. Syn-D did ask for his address to process his refund but she had no clue what I was doing with the situation, she is just incredibly efficient like that. Since she is part of the company though, I'll take responsibility for those words, yet still no promise was made, it sounds like someone buying time to me which is exactly what Syn-D was doing. In fact refunding his money was the last option in a long line of options. On two separate emails I tried to get him to send it in for testing, told him who to contact, how it works, that I would pay for it as well as detailing how a blood test could show elevated prolactin levels but wouldn't be definitive. I even tried to help him on his cycle, which is terrible, suggesting that he would get better results from tweaking his compound some. I didn't even approach his diet but he didn't see interested in any of it; rather latching on to the opportunity to get gear and receive money. He wanted the only option that guaranteed the truth wouldn't come out.

Most know that I am very generous with money, gear, and advice and I could have easily given him 80 dollars and told him not to go away mad.....just go away but instead I dug my heels in and pushed back. The amount of money was insignificant but I wasn't willing to compromise who I am just for silence. Moving forward, I would like people to know that I don't care what you post, as long as it is honest. I don't want you to get upset with me, write a bunch of negativity only to delete it later after you were made happy. I'd rather people see the truth and have a conversation about it so that they can see the problem, response, and resolution unfold much like it has here. It's unfortunate that the OP didn't get everything he thought he was going to get but he did get what all my customers expect and are happy to receive, his entitlement seems to have taken control and didn't want to settle for that. I'm happy to post MY emails to him that substantiates everything above but again, I have made a very long posting when I never intended to. Stay safe everyone.
Best,
Syn

I just read the OP very first post, along with the rest of his comments. And good for Syn to not do anything, this guy doesn't deserve Jack squat. The fact the guy wouldn't send it for testing despite syn paying for it says everything you need to know.
