Fellow SST brethren, it feels so good to be back!
Let me mention that I have been around the SST block since the early days of r/sst before it was banned and have seen multiple sources come and go. I took a break from the T train and all for about a year and a half because of some life changes (and medical career) and having to step back from competing but baby it feels so good to be back and hitting the ground running.
Anyways, I recently decided to resume anabolics with my lady friend and so made my way back to SST for the opportunity. Like I said, I have used so many sources around this site, both some still here and some long gone and I will preface by saying I have never had much of an issue with any source's turn around or even blind testing. Maybe I have been lucky to never have a lost pack or maybe I am just utterly neurotic in taking the required steps, but regardless I have always gotten what I have requested.
Last order placed was as I said over a year or so ago and I went through Syn at the time. I was pleasantly surprised with an initial order I placed with him and my lady friend swears by his Anavar bar none. I vaguely remembered receiving the pack within like 2 days which I don't believe was supposed to be possible, but alas good memories brought me back to hitting him up again. I always appreciated the professional demeanor of Syn, and the additional steps he takes in making sure his customers feel like they are making both safe and informed choices in using his products.
First and foremost as for communication and professionalism, I initially sent a potential order and also asked if he was still able to take orders at the time and not backed up. This was mid afternoon on this past Friday. He returned my message not too long after professionally stating he was still rolling and that all products I requested were in stock. I additionally sent a request for sourcing of two products that were not listed from his domestic stock but also just asked if he was considering getting these two items consistently domestic, instead of just international sourcing. Instead of just informing me he is working on it and politely directing me to the international section of his shop, he brought up the potential of buying some of these items that I truly believe may just have been part of his own private stock at an extremely reasonable price. Additionally, he politely asked for clarification of whether I have used higher concentration oils in the past as some of what I purchased were in his higher mg/ml section. I had of course let him know that higher concentrations have never bothered me and that I was understanding the potential risk at play there. Just another step to make sure he is allowing customers to make informed choices to keep them happy.
Furthermore, transaction got approved that evening on Friday and he mentioned sending the pack out Saturday and tracking soon after. Well checked tracking day after shipping and found that the product was already in transit center 15 minutes from my home. I do believe it means Syn was working to push out the order early the next day in order to not waste even a single day in transit. Low and behold less than 3 days after first emailing him this time around it arrived in my mailbox. Packaging was double discrete (and covered) and I definitely appreciated that. Just any additional level of security helps keep people's mind at ease and I appreciate the little bit of extra effort done on each of his orders.
I mention all this because as a source Syn truly goes out of his way to accommodate customers. I truly believe he runs his business with a focused goal of providing great products to customers reasonably in a concerted effort to make them happier each time so that they always continue to return to his shop time and time again. I again thank Syn for his effort and everything arrived as expected and just as I remember.
