Hello everyone, I have a question regarding T3 and it's effect on weight loss. Will this help me cut 20lb or is that too drastic? Will I be bouncing everywhere like I have ADHD? I get that way when I drink too much coffee, I wonder if I'll be able to handle T3. Thanks!

edit: Also was wondering what a good dose is, I was thinking of 25-30mcg for starters. I was also reading this can cause induced hypothyroidism. So when the fat comes off, does it stay off or is there a countereffect to T3 where your metabolism slows down past baseline after you stop using? Looking for anecdotal experiences here.

i started t3 today actually. idk how yours is dosed but i was told start at 25 then 50 then 75 then 100. typically they say over 75 is getting into a dangerous game and needs to be careful. personally i think 20lbs is a lot and you shouldnt use drugs to try and cut 20lbs. im all for drugs 100% but if your diet is shit youre fighting an uphill battle. hypothyroidism comes from coming off cold turkey. pyramid down and you should be fine.

i think once you get over 75 though, it starts attacking your muscles too. NOT saying it doesnt do it under 75 but they said 75 is when youll see the muscle loss. supposedly clen is in place to actually keep that from happening.

i took 25 today and i have no shakes nothing. my buddy took 25 today and he cant stop shaking.

assuming youre not female, typically they have issues with thyroids after taking t3 men seem to bounce back.

t3 is usually crushed during a cut or heavy AAS use so if youre not in a serious cut or blasting hard, i dont think t3 is the magic pill youre looking for.

id look at my diet, cardio, and training intensity. good luck buddy. hope you drop the 20lbs
