Hello everyone, I have a question regarding T3 and it's effect on weight loss. Will this help me cut 20lb or is that too drastic? Will I be bouncing everywhere like I have ADHD? I get that way when I drink too much coffee, I wonder if I'll be able to handle T3. Thanks!
edit: Also was wondering what a good dose is, I was thinking of 25-30mcg for starters. I was also reading this can cause induced hypothyroidism. So when the fat comes off, does it stay off or is there a countereffect to T3 where your metabolism slows down past baseline after you stop using? Looking for anecdotal experiences here.
