First time ordering from this source.
Snagged some accutane and Caber for my cycle.
Packaging and T/A was amazing.
However my Caber was supposed to be 20 tabs 1mg. I recieved 2tabs of 0.5mg.
Needed emergency Caber for my tren blast. Highly discouraged especially as a first time experience. Emailed Tejas Cardinal and they were willing to offer me a refund or store credit. Is anyone here In stock with domestic Caber?

Highly disappointed you felt the need to make a post about this after I promptly offered you multiple solutions hoping to rectify the situation. The correct caber will go out once the restock arrives as he did not want a refund/store credit.

This was posted before your email response. Either way I wanted to let everyone know my experience (especially it being the first) from ordering through you guys. Yes you did offer me solutions and after you asked if I could take down the post, I agreed that I would once the Caber comes in.

I’m just trying to understand why who ever handled the processing and packaging
Put 0.5mg 2 tabs instead of 1mg 20 tabs.
Extremely confused to why that was an option because you guys don’t even have it listed on the website on product list in here.
As the consumer it has me thinking that it was thrown in there lazily just to complete the order. Especially with all Caber going out of stock shortly after.

Your mannerism and understanding from a consumer standpoint as well as customer service is nowhere near any of the other sources on here. Highly disappointed because I was expecting a smooth and great process after reading all the other reviews…

To be clear, you're not breaking a rule by sharing your experience about your transaction with a source. That's why this community exists. It may have been better suited for his thread rather than this subforum, though, as "anecdotal reviews" are supposed to pertain to users' experience with, well, actually using a source's products.

That being said, it sounds like it was a simple packing error with a simple proposed resolution. Again, you're not breaking rules by sharing your experience, but generally speaking it is best to work towards a mutually beneficial conclusion. Why not accept the refund offered? It does mildly seem like this is being blown out of proportion. Keeping things amicable tends to lead to more smooth resolutions and less complaints where we have to get involved, which I appreciate. If you feel you're being wronged by a source though please do promptly let us know at [email protected].

A mistake was made on our part and that is very clear. We sent you a product at the wrong dosing/count and while the packaging is nearly identical, this is a mistake none the less and I personally apologize for that. We responded to your initial email less than 24 hours PROMPTLY offering you a response and you still felt the need to share your experience with the forum to "Hold a source accountable". I never offered you the product shipment as a solution due to current restock times, and you asked for that, so I did my part to try and make you happy as a valued customer should. I'm sorry my resolution was not sufficient, but I have decided we will no longer be doing business, and you can take my initial offer of a full refund or store credit. Moving forward I wish you the best in locating the product you need and hope another fully capable source on here is able to help you.

It's kind of wild to see how this source handled this situation. Either way, appreicate you sharing your feedback @Swollypharma
