Notes - On 200 test with aromasin 12.5mg x 2 a week E2 is still in upper 50s

Any suggestions for this cycle? It would be my first time using Primo and I am looking to see how it acts as an AI for me. That's the reason I am looking to run it 1:1 with my test. I plan to get bloods after about 5 weeks to see if I will also need an AI on top of this. Also looking to add in var for the second half but not sure if I should do it in the last 8 weeks or last 4 weeks. Any recommendations are appreciated.

That's not a super high level of e2, but then again that's not a very high dose of test/week. If the aromasin is legit (any testing?), you might just be a high aromatizer; everybody is different but that AI would knock my dick in the dirt and crash my e2.

300/300 is a good protocol.
But me personally I'd run the var the 1st 4 weeks until the primo saturates and 'kicks in'.

Thanks for the input. The Asin is legit and has testing I just aromatise very heavy.

Not a very strong cycle. You shouldn’t need an AI

4 weeks or 8 weeks should depend on how your lipids look while on var. Get a blood test after 4 and reevaluate. You could run it earlier and use the same test to evaluate primo's effect on E2.

Yeah, that's the goal is a recomp basically. Currently 6ft and sitting around 205LBS and 11% BF. Last summer, I ran 500Test and 50mg Anavar alongside it at the beginning. I was about 190 then, sitting at 8% BF at my lowest. This is really my first cycle ever working in another compound, but keeping it moderately low to begin, but I will be getting bloods done here in a week or so.

I would run your primo a little higher than your test if your still aromatizing like 400 primo 300 test and then think about maybe doing an AI 3x a week if that’s not enough…this cycle I’m starting in 2 weeks I’ll run my test at 500 and primo at 600 and actually only need to use nolvadex 10-20mg 2 times/ week 3 times at the most….i can even throw in NPP up to 300mgs/week and stay right around 20mg 3x a week with the nolvadex….i aromatize pretty easily myself and also take a daily estrogen support call dim year round…dim for men 300mg off of amazon

I’m a big fan of letrozole as well for estrogen management in the event you have a tough time stabilizing with aromasin…run that stuff for 3-5 days straight and it should flatten your e2

I was originally planning to run my Primo higher, but I had seen others say otherwise. I figured my best bet would be to pull bloods and see how they look then possibly up the Primo if the E2 is slightly higher than I'd like. What E2 levels are you getting on 500T and 600 Primo? Also,o never heard of the dim stuff, I'll have to check that out, but thanks for all the info.

I’ll find out exact numbers this cycle when I do bloodwork 2 months in…I’ll also be on 300 NPP at that time but I will post them when I do….in the past I’ve just gone by my water retention and feeling of whether or not I’m getting gyno….if water retention is low and gyno and acne aren’t flaring then usually I am good…I know this isn’t a great way to measure E2 management but for me I’m able to feel when my e2 is good or out of control

I ran test/primo and was very successful. the entire cycle was 450 primo, and i started with 450 test and bumped it up by 100mg twice throughout the 20 weeks when i felt i began to hit plateaus.

Primo / var is an amazing combo from what ive read - my concern is managing your rbc etc on primo and the toxicity that var puts on the body. it could be very tough on you if not utilizing ancillaries properly.

How is it moreso than any steroid? Is this necessarily a bad thing? It’s doing what they are supposed to do. Drink more water and it won’t be an issue.

If you never ran it, how do you quantify this? It’s very individualistic and the liver is regenerative.
