What's good with that growth?

I'm thinking it could help me out at a small dose. Still have hang ups about long term insulin resistance and altering GH receptors. Fatigue I can deal with. Adding muscle I can take care of on my own. I'm good at that shit.

GH helped me with sleep around 5-6 IU subQ before bed.

Cardarine can be used to help with Insulin Sensitivity if I remember correctly.

Preciate the response. Yeah Imma get the IGF 1 test and then determine a good dose. Ill live with the insulin thing

Longterm GH receptors is the only concern that would prevent me from making a move. I know that your body starts producing GH pretty soon after you stop taking it, but I heard something about the receptors not absorbing it as well?

Nah bro. That mouse study was flawed. We are not mice. The big pharma just doesn’t want us to have healthy things like Cardarine. It’s good for us. Ignore the standardized toxicological cancer studies that are performed for ALL drugs. It doesn’t cause cancer, we swears bro!

That’s too fat for any of this to work.

Calorie restriction and cardio is what will work.
If you aren't trying to waste your time arguing with a stubborn natty I respect that. But I do feel like there's a very small chance that Growth wouldn't benefit me

My joints are beat the fuck up. My AC joint is sprained.. I still have shoulder impingement. Even if the Growth doesn't help me lose fat.. It will help me maintain an decent routine. Something I haven't been able to do in 12 months. Right now I'm bulking and I'm going to switch to 3 month bulk with 3 week minicuts. So I don't need weight loss as much as calorie partitioning. Let me be clear on that.

I need some shit in the background that will amplify my effort to clean bulk, keep my recovery on track, get better sleep and MAYBE lose more weight during the mini cuts. I have money, and I'm not expecting instant results.

But yeah.. Also I don't want diabetes. Is there like a good online clinic or something I could consult with?

Yeah dude but mainly because my options were forced. When you're natural and you have a shoulder injury at 32% body fat, you're gonna be in a terrible spot.

So I lost 20 pounds.. eventually the cut started taking gains with it and making my shoulder injury unbearable.

So I'm doing a super clean bulk. High carb, very high protein, keep fat at recommended value. The fuck else would you do? Sit at maintenance for 2 months and then cut again?

I lost muscle. I want it back. I was getting too sexy anyways .. I got more important shit to do then fuck big booty waitresses and jerk off 6 hours a day. The sex drive was gnarly

Nah that's a respectful way to approach it. I know it sounds retarded. Like I said.. I'm managing shoulder impingement and AC Joint that already took gains. Can't just cut indefinitely and so I had to stop at 20 pounds. Realistically I should be maintenance, I prefer clean bulk and get my 305 bench back. Probably could do that in 1 month if growth works as well as they say.....

They say gh is effective over LONG periods of time. Definitely not a month. But, I don't know shit about fuck.

“Calorie partitioning” isn’t the problem.

When you have 26%bodyfat, you’re not going to lose muscle mass in a calorie restriction.

Go troll the weight watchers forum.

When o used growth my first time it was immediately after me knee replacement. The therapist I had was a powerliftet . Everyone else said NEVER lift again. He said BS use common sense and you’ll be fine. Here I am almost 20 years later still lifting with two hip replacements and a knee replacement. Anyway point being I was told I was rehabbing faster and more completely than the college athletes. I was driven cause I was told do what I say your knee is good as new… don’t and what ever extension and flexion you stop at is your new normal… skip the excersizes and you may use a cane now. I can’t believe growth didn’t have something to do with it. I injected IM not sub straight into knee. 4ius daily
