The problem with this is that primal living isn't gonna solve this probleml. You can lift weights, eat raw meat, but that isn't gonna cause the anxiety epidemic to stop. The issue is so complex that there is no answer for it because we are conscious creatures and our civilization has an obsession with individualism and a level of hierarchical sadism baked into the structure to make sure we remain animal like competing for resources even though our basic needs could easily be taken care of with minimal effort. There are always going to be a certain percentage of people that wake up to the horror of this reality and as a result become dysfunctional by societies standards, they can either medicate in order to numb self awareness, or they look for a way to escape with a more permanent results.

One thing is certain, Liver King is out of his league when it comes to solving the mental problems that are caused by civilization, there are much deeper thinkers that have torn apart this problem and laid it out for everyone to see and there is only one way that I know of. Either you get enough wealth to where you can walk away from society and do your own thing, or you become assimilated and find a way to avoid the existential awareness that leads to a dread that is constantly their waiting to suck you into a hole. What we know is that suicide increased by 30% from 2000-2018 and declined when the Covid shutdowns because people didn't have to go to work, or school and be subjected to the bullshit. We see the same thing when people approach mid to late 40's with suicides rapidly peaking until the person is a couple of years from retirement and they know they will no longer have to endure the torture so they no longer kill themselves until they are in their late 80's and run out of money and then suicides go back up again. Thus money(resources) playing a huge role in suicide.

So it's obvious, people are sick of each other, they're sick of being treated like dog shit, walking a tight rope for employers, dancing and performing for dollars. They want to walk away and gtfo of this nightmare........however Liver King won't solve that problem for them because all he's done is told people just how inadequate they are if they don't set endless goals for wealth, fitness, love, family...........many things that are beyond control. Perhaps the reason why religion is so important for many people and the only reason they would go on living, or an atheist like myself has done the reading necessary to identify the problem and try to figure out how to walk away from as much bullshit as possible even if those around you will look down on you for daring to not give a shit, because not giving a shit is the real key to a good life.

During this time I guarantee his marketing/PR teams were scrambling to find the right way to tackle this. I'm the end, they couldn't come up with much. HRT clinics often let a guy use too much at first until they pull the first labs in 3-6 months and see that the labs are trashed and then they pull back.
