I'm boosting my mg from 10mg to 15mg,

Question is about amount of Bac water. Is it better to use 4ml of Bac water or 2mls. Difference is 1ml per shot vs 0.5ml per shot. Will this make a difference? I rather do 0.5ml

I think you're fine at 0.5ml. Pharma comes in that same concentration.. 15mg/0.5ml. I just recently bumped to 15mg myself and used 1ml per 10mg vial. Working very well even if it's wrong.

How much bac water is typically used for 10mg? What's a good starting dose per week?

If you're completely GLP naive, use 2.5mg.

If you've used a GLP before without issues 5mg is likely fine.

The pharma titration levels are: 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15

Pharma recommends at least 4 weekly doses per level before increasing. If you're inpatient, give it 2 weeks before increasing on the third dose.

You want to try and maintain .5ml per dose (more is fine, less isn't). So for 2.5mg, 10mg/4 = 4 doses x .5ml = 2ml.

For 5mg dose it would be 1ml.

Ahhhh!! Finally. I’ve been searching for someone that could break this down for me as a complete newbie to research grade peptides. I have been on semaglutide (rx) for a year then compounded for a year and now tirzepetide for a year compounded. I want to switch to Reta but can’t figure out where to start. The math just isn’t mathing for me. Can you help?

What size vial do you have or plan to acquire? Dosing is roughly similar to tirz.

Whether or not this is accurate or not. I’m still grateful that you posted this information. I’m going to treat it as accurate. Helpful!

Probably safe to use a similar titration strategy with reta? 1mg - 2mg …then? Titrate up 1mg at a time? Depending of effect and maybe previous GLP usage?

I saw the phase 2 study dosages were 1,2,4,8,12 with some starting at initial dose of 2mg.

The clinical titration guidelines are the same for pharma Sema, Tirz, and Reta. 4 weeks at a given dose (because that's how long it takes to reach stable blood serum levels of each dose). Then if sides are tolerable, increase to the next level. One dose is not sufficient to determine how you'll react. A week after the second you'll have a good idea, and can make a reasonable decision at that point. You can titrate with smaller amounts, but pharma established those doses using significant evidence regarding effectiveness and tolerability.

Im going to buy 10mg vial. So I would add 1ml BAC water then if I dose at 2mg per week that would last me 5 weeks. If I can buy it for $39 per vial (buying in bulk) then I am paying less than $40 per month. Currently paying a nurse practitioner $325 per month for 5mg dose of Tirz. Mind blown. I sure hope this works.

Your maths add up.

Welcome to the dark side.

What’s the worst that could happen from buying drugs off the internet and injecting them into your body?

Jokes aside- It will probably work. Or you’ll be soft tissue patient at your local trauma center. No in between

Let us know how the reta works for you/ compares to the other glps you’ve taken. Good luck!
