Currently at the tail end of my bulk (500 carb, 300 protein, 70 fat, 4200 cals). Killed it on my post competition rebound and barely put on any fat and put on some great size.
At 4200 cals, the scale hasn’t moved much the last 2 weeks(+- a pound). Thinking if it’d be best to continue with these macros, maintain for another few weeks and then sprinkle in tren ace with these same macros for 8 weeks to clean it up, or drop down to a slight deficit. I’ve only ever ran tren ace in competition prep while cutting down, never in a huge surplus / maintenance. Any thoughts / comments on this plan would be great.
(I’d be on 4iu HGH, Test, and primo with tren ace as well).
