Curious if anyone is running TRT dosages with low doses of NPP. I've seen a few older threads on other forums of people taking it long term (5+ years) with no issues and seeing a ton of benefits, all right from their TRT clinic.

I have some pretty nasty joint pain, especially in my hips and ankle. I have pretty sever arthritis in my ankle which limits my mobility and that cascades up to my hips from having a messed up gate. I've been taking Mobic (meloxicam) for years, but would be interested in taking NPP instead.

50-150 likely right in the middle of that. Start at 50, titrate up until joint relief benefits while staying low enough to avoid any adverse effects.

I ran 175 test with 100 deca for roughly 9 months with success. I stopped the deca due to long term concerns of vascular hardening/damage and effects on neurotransmitters. I may revisit it at some point, but I'm just not sure if 100mg nandrolone is safe to run forever.

Did you get the desired effects from that? Or notice anything else? I'm just curious

This was several years ago, my knees were having minor issues and it seemed to help. I started nandrolone after finding a study showing significant improvements in joints and synovial fluid, but I can't find it right now. I am pretty sure the study was 200mg every two weeks of deca, so 100mg per week. Like I said, I don't know if that's the lowest effective dosage or if there are any long term negative effects at that dosage.

Fair enough. Yeah plenty of people use it that way I was really just wondering if you personally got what you wanted out of it. Idk I've seen so many contradicting or just not appealing things about nand that I haven't used it at all yet. Might give npp a shot eventually but idk
