I placed an order on 4/23, received tracking on 4/27, and then the item arrived on 4/29. I had to email them 2 diffrent times over a few days before they responded but I'm sure that was because of all the orders from their sales. I am More then happy with the price of the products I received, even with the longer t/a and communication lag i am satisfied
