Add for me90+ percent of my diet is these foods. Just change amounts based on gaining/maintaining/losing. Currently reverse dieting and eating about 3300 cals. 200-210 protein usually about 75-90 fats and just fill the rest in with carbs.

I Try to keep it simple to avoid spending so much time prepping. It don’t have to be difficult.

Hate to be boring, but truth is my local bakery makes it. 3 ingredient bread w just everything seasoning on it & I eat a few plain pieces with my egg whites, 1 whole egg in the AM lol. I think it’s delicious, but it’s nothing special.What do you add with the sourdough bread?
My sister is big on that. She does like sourdough bread + cottage cheese + balsamic vinegerette dressing and says it’s really good
