Figured might as well start one of these threads here for people to post up their food, diets, etc.

Could also use the thread for recipe suggestions.

90+ percent of my diet is these foods. Just change amounts based on gaining/maintaining/losing. Currently reverse dieting and eating about 3300 cals. 200-210 protein usually about 75-90 fats and just fill the rest in with carbs.
90/10 or leaner beef
Chicken
Eggs
Oats
White rice
Yogurt
Asparagus
Green beans

I love shredded chicken in any form. Beef makes me feel full instantly after a couple bites. For dirty calories I like Powerade, Coca Cola and so on since they are easy to drink.

Add for me

Occasional Sourdough bread
mixed berries
Chia & Flax seeds

& We pretty much have the same exact diet.

I Try to keep it simple to avoid spending so much time prepping. It don’t have to be difficult.

What do you add with the sourdough bread?

My sister is big on that. She does like sourdough bread + cottage cheese + balsamic vinegerette dressing and says it’s really good

It’s on my list to try honestly, especially after you mentioned it as well

Love the food pics. Especially homemade stuff even if you're a bad photographer or it looks like crapola. Still love to see 'em!
Figured it could be a good way to jump start the conversations here.

Yeah my photography skills aren’t the Best 🤣

Hate to be boring, but truth is my local bakery makes it. 3 ingredient bread w just everything seasoning on it & I eat a few plain pieces with my egg whites, 1 whole egg in the AM lol. I think it’s delicious, but it’s nothing special.

It says that for me too. It almost works every time if I take a screenshot of that pic I was trying to previously upload & use that one. Give that a try maybe.

The red potatoes are the best honestly. They taste great, healthy, good macros

I totally get it with the chicken and rice though I do that too with my proteins— where I’ll eat chicken continuously until I burn out, then I’ll swap to beef until I burn out, then to fish, then to ground turkey, then back to chicken and so on. Helps keep things somewhat fresh

I’ve been big on the veggies lately too for the micronutrients. Even picked up some of this today and will probably stay drinking it pre workout since it has a good amount of carbs
