I eat about 5000 calories
6ft 195lb keto diet mostly meat and fat
14-16% bf depending on cardio
How do u manage to do it and eat clean without a distended gut? My gut starts poking out after large meals? Even started fucking up my bellybutton .

Proteins: 93 lean beef, grilled chicken breast, greek yogurt
Carbs: sweet potato, rice, sourdough bread
Fats: Pistachios, almonds, guac
Bevs: Water, liquid iv packets, diet coke (mcdonalds has best diet coke), white monster, small redbull cans, unsweet ice tea

1800 cal + dosing reta with 2 miles 7 inc 2.8 pace daily.. My deficit is prob 700 + cardio
165 5'8 12% bf

150g protein day, 40-50g fats, carbs fluctuate to keep metabolism from adapting.

bbq chicken + sweet potato fries. Been eating this daily and not getting sick of it lol
93 lean beef, making at home big macs with 2 oz pattys (2-3 stacked) chopped onions, thousand island lite and sourdough buns
no fat, low carb, high protein yogurts (siggi's acai is my fav but i buy whatever is bogo and fits those macros)

Only "cheat meal" ive had in 6 weeks was a 30 piece grilled nugget from chick fil a. I find 0 cheat meals reduces cravings significantly.

Considering getting a ninja cremi for at home ice cream. But the greek yogurt is hitting like ben and jerrys as of now

Any recommendations lmk!!

Cutting stack: 250 test cyp, 250 mast prop (daily pins) aromasin as needed
5mg cialis
max dose omega 3
max dose potassium
vyvanse (actually have adhd)
3mg zyns randomly with 3 hours off prior to lifts

That's what I do. When I get a craving for ice cream, I mix a scoop of protein into Greek yogurt.
Publix has $1 15g protein cups rn I’ll go in and eat 4 at once lol. They’re only 90 cal. Protein powder expensive imo

I enjoyed my keto cut, now Im carb conscious.
I eat fruit here and there, but am thinking I need to lower meat and add rice or something as I cant get over 196 lbs no matter what I eat

I eat in a window generally, used to be eat between 4 and 10pm only.
Last 3 yrs I eat no sooner than 3 hrs after waking and fasted cardio prior., but the eating window is bigger now not set in stone.
My metabolism is very high

not gonna lie, toss some hot sauce on there and put it over rice and I'd eat it.

That's what I used to do. I would buy Crystal hot sauce, like 8 bottles or so at a time. It's a pretty clean hot sauce, but I got to where I was eating so much of it.. practically a bottle every two days. I had to cut back. I've just been eating it with rice and salt for a while but lately have allowed myself "ok maybe just a little bit" of the Crystal again. It's a slippery slope. I really like Frank's, but too much garlic messes with me.

I go with the jumbo size bottle of Tabasco from Sam's Club
I go through that bottle by myself in 2 weeks

For those that eat sausage, I've always fry them till cooked or fry and finish then off in sauce. Earlier I seen my cousin boil the sausages before putting them in to cook with peppers. It really tasted better with all the fat melted out of them. Anyone else boil them?
