Today I'm making a big batch of taco meat: Lean ground turkey fried in just a bit of olive oil with chopped onions, celery, peppers, cilantro, garlic and spices. I fry in small batches so it browns well and freeze in mason jars. I calculate the macros for the entire batch then divide by number of portions. I usually eat it over rice or on a salad and my family uses it for tacos and burritos.

Damn... Now I want tacos! lol
I am grilling up a bunch of chicken breasts with teriyaki sauce served with white rice and a side of stir-fried carrots in basil.
Pretty basic but works as a quick meal always waiting in the refrigerator.

Bro Burgers. Moosh together lean ground beef or turkey, egg, ( 1 per pound of meat) diced onions, celery and peppers, garlic and any seasoning you like. Form patties and grill. I like them open-faced on wheat toast or on a bed of greens. They freeze well so I make in huge batches. For breakfast, season with sage and dry mustard and they taste like sausage. For hamburgers season with worchester and paprika. We never get tired of them because I keep seasoning them differently.

Reminds me a bit of fancier sloppy joes. People under estimate the gains made with the sloppy

Homemade sausage:

1 tsp powdered mustard
1/2 tsp powdered garlic
Salt and pepper
Moosh the spices into meat. Fry up or BBQ as patties.
