In the morning I take NAC, resveratrol, milk thistle, astragalus, a wee bit of nettle, magnesium, and garlic. I am always looking for a solid all in one because taking so much shit every morning sucks. Any recommendations on supps? What do you take and find works for you?

I tend to go by lab results and supplement accordingly. My daily intake is Astragalus, Tudca, Pregnenolone, DHEA, DIM, Ubiquinol, PQQ, NAC and NMN.

After looking at bloodwork I make adjustments or changes; I keep Nebivolol, Pitavastatin, Ezetimibe, Citrus Bergamot, Pygeum, Zinc, Lisinopril, Cistanche and others for whatever random levels need improving.

NAC/tudca, creatine, super cisuss and hyuralonic acid for joints, red yeast rice for cholesterol, naringin for my HCT, a green powder because I'm an idiot and don't get enough veggies. OH and l-Luceine for the lulz and bigger loads.

I do need to find a way to reduce my potassium because I take a diuretic for BP and it's a tad high last bloodwork I got, but I don't really consume a whole lot of potassium in my diet

Thank you both for your replies. Def haven't tried some of these items, but have read on websites the benefits. I'm gonna do some shopping. 👍

in order of importance since im on a low carb fat based diet:
1 salt
2magnesium/potass
3iodine / zinc / ( get enough calcium from diet ), vit c sodium form
4 creatine / ashwaghanda / protein
5 not consistently but sometimes: b vitamins especially 1,2,3, vit d, selenium

im in the carnivore diet cult so I arrogantly take as little supplements as possible, and get SHITLOADS of cholesterol and salt. enough to upset ANY old lady

added 10 lbs to my deadlift max today WOO WOO (235 for 4 reps at the tail end of the workout)

Previously I'd throw down a pile of supps everyday. It gets overwhelming and tiresome. I've reduced it to just a few that I personally need now.

Fish oil. Potassium and Magnesium. NAC and Zinc. Also a serving of Athletic Greens daily.

Glutamine 10-20g, Creatine 5-10g, Ashwaganga, Apigenin, B-complex, vitamin c 1g, then a bunch of others for periods at a time. I usually like to take ALA before my post-workout shake. Need to get more.

What's Your carb intake look like?
lately i drastically upped it. ill get 30-100grams if its legday or any heavy work day, or day after legday. so basically 3 days of the week i will have carbs now, bananas and milk basically or redbulls at the gym.

and it all depends, today for example was the highest ill go in carbs for the week since legday was yesterday, today i had 6 bananas, glass of chocholate milk and 3 x steak cheese burritos so i had like almost 200grams of carbs today.

this has been weekly ill have about 3 carb days, less day 1, on chest shoulders day, then eat keto next day, then back day where ill have more carbs like 2 redbulls at the gym. then usually no rest straight to heavy legday next day with like 100-130 carbs during gym. then day after leg day 200 carbs. then zero carb for like 3 days.}

i did a full year and a half of full-ass keto eating mostly ground beef and butter and my natty gains were about 30 lbs for the year which is the rough estimate for a natty's limit. so id say it worked great. but eventually i hit a wall and hesitantly have added some carbs back in, in a controlled and intentional way. ive noticed benefits and drawback from adding the carbs, i have to be more disciplined with my sleep on carbs

the most important takeaway here is carbs put a rapid 15 lbs back on me so i came up to 170 from a super dry 155 lol. i joked around that im only doing a cycle of carbs but i think ill cruise like this lmao

For the person looking for an all in one morphogen nutrition called (morphoprime) is pretty good one that has a lot of the things you listed.

Also expensive but good stuff is Jeff longs “ like a pro” brand I forget what it’s called but go to their site he has a good one for similar stuff to prime mentioned above

I do 10 g glutamine, 1 oz ACV, 5 g creatine fasted am ( creatine is no rhyme or reason just easier for me to remember)

Life extension
Omegas
Vit C
D3/K2
Two a day multi
NAC
B complex
Morphoprime from morphogen

Bed I will take
400 mg of mag glycenate
50 mg of zinc
10mg melatonin
40 mg Telmasartan

I am looking into that right now. Also, I def need something for sleep. Do you get restful sleep with that bed time combo?

Yes I typically sleep decent. I have blackout blinds, a sound machine, and a fan. Recently I swapped the fan for an air scrubber and the window AC unit in our bedroom. The air scrubber is just a larger louder fan & also has a HEPA filter on it for filtration. I didn’t buy it, her dad works at a hospital & they used it for negative air during covid so they were just sitting in storage since. The air scrubber is also because these damn birds have migrated back north so they are loud In the morning I can hear them over everything if I don’t have that running lol.
