Makes my severeliy dehydrated and thirsty - insomnia too, but it works...well.

One of my favorites. Definitely will dry you out, so I recommend running with something that would typically makes you retain some water.

It's great for sports that require either speed or explosiveness. I was definitely punching and kick faster on winstrol.
