Are these levels reasonable?

I’m about 6 weeks deep into prep and got my first round of in prep bloodwork done earlier this week. Among other things, I’m currently running 4iu GH from a reputable source on this board, taken before bed 5x a week on training days.

IGF-1 levels came back at 234ng/mL with a reference range of 63-373. With 2iu generally considered a replacement dose, these levels are a bit disappointing to me. Are these reasonable levels or should I be concerned for one reason or another?

Thanks guys!

I just got back a score of 211 running the same dose as you. Pre bed dosing and everything. I dont have a reference point for my labs without running GH & I’m 31 so I can’t let the numbers get to me. However I will be upping my dose from 5 to 7.5 IU and get bloods drawn again & be able to reference off my old labs to see where I stand.

A lot of it is genetic though. There was a guy running the same kits as me, same dose that showed a score in the 600s I think it was. Don’t get down about your score though, we’re just not good responders like some.

"Deep into prep" <- you answered your own question. Some guys might pull 400 ng/mL IGF-1 on 4 IU GH/d but "deep into prep" tanks IGF-1. 200 ng/mL is ok in this context.

Do you have any other IGF-1 measurements to compare?

I guess I underestimated the effect prep would have on IGF-1 to be honest.

On the same 4iu dose 5x week, same batch, supplier everything I was at 287ng/mL peak bulk back in December. So I’m about 50 points lower than that now running the same dosage.

My IGF-1 levels before ever hopping on were around 150ish.

During my last prep my IGF-1 was in the high 100s on 10iu a day of opti. Out of prep it was in the high 400s on 6iu of opti.

Prep just be like that sometimes. Especially if you're crushing estrogen in the later stages of prep. Either way the stuff still "works" it's just low systemic IGF-1 which isn't that big a deal.
