I am very worried about my daughter (11.) I struggled with my weight and making healthy choices most of my life and she is following in dads footsteps. I think I have her attention. She has seen how I absolutely transform myself the last 18 months and recently asked to join soccer, cross country, and is asking to go to the gym with me. She is pretty overweight but I think she is moving in the right direction. You are right, you can only push them so much before they resent you or worse, you give them a complex by trying to help and push them.

That's great. She looks up to you as every daughter should look up to their dads. I don't know how the kids at schools are now, but in my day they were clicky and ganged up on anyone they think they could get away with. I know there's been a whole anti-bullying campaign a few years back, but I'd keep her away from team sports that their main goal is to win the division. Kids and their parents can be brutal. You need to stay out of jail and not beat on someone's father.

One of my boys got benched in basketball. He had the height, but not the agility. Someone's mother said something stupid. Needless to say my wife calmly walked over, pretended to trip and slammed a cup of soda into her face. I don't remember what she told her, but it was funny when she told me.

Hey guys!! Gotta bump this thread back up. So I’m in week 7, been running 50mg var, and about 5 weeks with primo at 200mg per week with test cyp at 350mg per week.

I feel like my e2 may be low. No problems down below, but I’ve been getting strains left and right lately. First I had a forearm strain which has left some residual elbow pain that has persisted for almost 3 weeks now. Today I was squatting at like 90%, and strained my quad, up near my hip.

Is this a sign that I should up test and reduce primo? Only using primo to manage e2, so low dose is fine with me if this might be the issue. Does low/high e2 make these types of injuries more likely? Isn’t var supposed to speed up healing? As of yesterday, I raised test to 400mg per week, and lowered primo to 150mg per week. I pin both daily.

Any thoughts?

Yeah, I’ve eased back on pull movements but this latest quad thing was a real kick in the ass. If I have to back off on lower body work plus pull, that really fucks up my routine. While I wait for bloodwork, I’ll see if upping the test a bit and dropping the primo a bit makes a difference. Energy levels have been shit and mood hasn’t been great, but I’ve also been sick so I attributed it to that.

PharmaHGH and Hunter have good primo, got a client that's paranoid and tests everything UGL and shows me the results. They passed bigtime.

Anavar you could run 20mg daily for 12 week bursts, or 50mg pre-workout 3-4x/wk. I've run it at 40mg daily and 60mg on training days, the pumps are just stupid!
Have you tried Pharma Anavar and if so did you like it?

It’s been harder and harder to get good advice, especially if it’s not directly related to a source. If I need any help, I post in here first. I know I can count on my fellow 40 and overs to help a brother out.

Ok. Finally back in the gym after 6 days off due to getting sick. My second time in 11 months missing more than 3 consecutive days (the first time I was on vacation.). Set 7 PRs 💪 Guess there is something to be said for taking a break. Don't laugh but feeling pretty good about it since I just started lifting again 12 months ago after a 13 year hiatus.

I didn't know if anyone else have felt this, but ever few months I just take a week off. I didn't eat garbage but I just didn't eat as healthy. I may eat some chips and dip or a few cookies. When I get back at the gym, I feel stronger and more energized like that week break from the gym gave my body a reset.

Just took a week off while on vacation. I hit the hotel gym a bit but the weights were really light and I'm not a fan of machines.

I got back in the gym in my hometown yesterday and it feels great. I'm actually sore now. I know doms isn't a good measure of anything, but damn it feels good.

I’m in a forced week off now. I’m trying to rest this tennis elbow issue that’s persisted for the last few weeks, and I got a bad cold and can barely breathe out of my nose.

My body is telling me to back off. Unfortunately, I’m mid-blast and in my last week of var. I decided to cut the var two days early after almost 8 weeks on, and I’m gonna start tapering down to cruise+ at around 200mg test cyp. As I do this, I’m gonna do a mini cut. Then in 3 weeks I’m going on vacation, and I’ll cruise through the summer and prep for a bulk in the fall and focus on increasing calories, which is my number one holdup when it comes to gains.
