Ordered labor day and I received a tracking number after asking last week but nothing has updated since Sept 6th. Any help with that?All orders have shipped. We have implemented a shipment tracking system so we will know when an order is delayed/lost versus the customer notifying us.

they posted that they dont reply often nor do they really communicate and if you dont like it go somewhere else. which i think they should have stated in their intro and i would have never bought from them. took like, 5 days after they said they received my payment, after cashapp said they sent it instantly, then it took another 4 days before it showed up. i never received a tracking number. just a package in my mailboxwell, I was provided tracking number and still no order . Just to update, Tejas did pull through for me and took care of me. Thank you.My experience hasn't been great either. I did however receive my orders, but the second order, they got wrong and I emailed them and they asked for me to send them a picture as proof and still no word or anything that was from 9/23. I provided them a screenshot of my receipt of my order from their site yesterday as well, with no word back.

We utilize GSO and it's fairly darker compared to other carriers.Anyone have any feedback on the Trest? All the other Trest I have used has been pretty clean in the carrier oil. This Trest is the same rust color as Tren.
