avoiding test flu

i always forget about test flu until im absolutely fucked up after starting my cycle, but this time im remembering
those of you that get it, how do you guys avoid it? more frequent injections at first? ramping up the dose?

1) Smaller, more frequent injections
2) Slowly titrating the dose up over time
3) 200 mg ibuprofen every 4-6 hours until your body accomodates
4) Bromelain to inhibit bradykinin (inflammatory compound)
5) An antihistamine that is 24-hour acting and non-sedating like Allegra or Claritin
6) SubQ injections instead of IM to slow the rate of absorption
7) Identifying the carrier oil/water your body has the lowest immune response to. Test E is famous for having various batches that give people pretty bad PIP whole test C tends to be less so. Test P is pretty well known for causing test flu as well.
8) Avoid shorter esters where possible. For some reason, these just tend to give people more test flu like symptoms

ill give these things a shot and hopefully avoid the 3-4 days of hell lol
