Hello I'm 33y.o 5'9" 140, I have been off work for torn ligaments in my si joint and a torn longissismous(back muscle) I did PRP therapy for 6 months for it and the ligaments are back together through the process of scarring so I need to break the scar tissue down and get my ligaments more mobile.
(My main goals are to continue to help my ligaments heal and put on some muscle mass)
My plan is to run hgh for 1 1/2 - 2 months started at 2 iu slowly bringing it up to 5ius a day. (And continuing for 6 months total)
Once I've been on hgh for around 2months I plan on adding t400 at a dosage of 200-300mg a week(I have low testosterone but my levels are right on the border and doctors wont help me) so I don't think I need a great deal of test to get the results I'm after.
Once on test I plan on taking HCG 350-500ius twice weekly. (Also am debating on taking something for estrogen lvls but dont know if its necessary?)
Open to any criticism or tips.
The main thing I would like help with is my PCT.
Would a supplement be sufficient like DIM?
Or do I need nolvadex and clomid?
Any help will be much app
