Help! How much nolvadex to take?

Planning on trying some test cyp, probably gonna start at 250 and see what happens may increase dose closer to 400. I am going to order nolvadex and am wondering when and how much should I take in case of gyno? Also have some arimidex on hand as well. Azrael please give me guidance!!!

I would personally get Raloxifene for "oh shit gyno" duty. I used 60mg a day for a month just to make sure when I had what I thought was a flare up.
Hopefully someone with more experience can chime in about using Nolva for what you speak of, as I have only read PCT protocols utilizing it.

Hey Azrael, I am going to be on trt prescribed as well soon. I don't plan on doing any PCT just B&C I am so paranoid about gyno lol that I have arimidex on hand and aromasin as well. I just want to know what to take in case my nips start feeling weird, some say nolva some say arimidex etc am I overthinking it?

When it happend to me (after upping my test and before I got my AI dialed in) I used Raloxifene. Its a SERM just like Nolva only its supposed to work much better and have less side effects.
Get you some of that and keep it just in case you start feeling puffy, itchy, or overly sensitive nips.
