Tired all the time

I’m just on a cruise of 200 mg sus a week I find myself tired all the time just not much energy or even intrest to do anything I’m getting bloods done this week could be estrogen related not sure diet looks good sleep is ok about 6 hours a night and I train mon-Friday 5 foot 9 210 lbs lean any input is appreciated

usually e2 related when i feel like this for me personally.

For some odd reason I feel like arimidex does not work on me I mean at 200 mg I shouldn’t aromatize much what would you suggest switching to other than arimidex

are you highly fatigued

Are you tired as in sleepy or tired as in fatigued? This sounds like it could be low iron, you should add that to the panel to test.

I wouldn’t say fatigued I would say just sleepy all the time

I would say more sleepy my hct levels before donating 3 weeks ago were 52 I would imagine they are roughly 49 or so now
