If you are going to classify your lab environment as "sterile", I think you need to back that up with examples of measures taken to maintain sterility. I'm assuming you mean you have a designated "clean room" instead of a 1980s kitchen in a rented apartment.

We use pre-sterilized vials, lab surfaces are sterilized with 70% isopropanol, HEPA filter is used to maintain air purity, and our lab equipment is sterilized through autoclaving.

All customer related data stored on our dedicated host is encrypted and is also cleared every 2 weeks. Email is also cleared every week.
