Test P Mast P Question

Hey guys,

I'm on Day 5 of my cycle. Currently, running Testosterone Propionate [350 mg/wk (50mg ED)] and Masteron Propionate [210 mg/wk (30mg ED)]. I usually do 4–6 sets per muscle group with an RIR of 0-2 in a workout, but since the beginning of my cycle (4 day ppl), I've increased my training volume to double that amount and increased the intensity to 0-1. I track my macros religiously.

My question is when do I start seeing the recovery gains? I was hoping for the short-acting ester to help me recover with the intensity immediately, but I feel absolutely sore. I don't question the legitimacy of my source, but is my expectation realistic? Please advise.

Thanks.

TL, DR; What is the Testosterone Propionate timeline like? When does start to kick in?

You’re on day 4, and have doubled your intensity?

I’d give it at least another week before your soreness even begins to subside. Test and Mast P are very helpful but they’re not miracle drugs, and if you have a body weight/size anywhere near mine the amounts you’re taking would be considered rather low.

I’d maintain what you’re doing if you’re happy with it, but temper your expectations. If you’ve already increased your intensity and volume 2x it sounds to me like you’ve gotten your moneys worth.

Thanks a lot man! I saw a lot of data points on Test E and Test C user experiences, not so much for P. I'll post my experience as a data point for prop.
