Haven't tried K4L but many other UGL and some pharma. For me, water retention comes down to GH dose and diet. Too much salty food and I hold water. No difference in pharma vs. UGL for me (I know this is controversial, so ymmv).
I'd stick to glucose & starchy carbs, less fructose, as fructose doesn't contribute much to gains and may have some detrimental effects (in larger doses).
We're not all Jay Cutler with the genes of a Greek God.
I like LR3. Originally started using it to maintain gains on TRT (after blast) but kept it on board bc I like the feelz.
It can get pricey unless you're running low doses, but that's the same with many peptides.
If you have a good source and cost isn't an issue, give it a shot.
I've run other sources (pharma and UGL) at 10 IU for months. Not much in terms of muscle growth but look & feel better, improved recovery, and it seems like some fat loss or skin tightening.
For fertility, it's like the Crissler+ Protocol
750 IU hCG EOD, 75 IU HMG E3d.
Seems like overkill but if you're trying to make babies on TRT (or TRT+ or higher dose cruise etc), might be worth looking in to.
After blasting & cruising for many years, and probably definitely infertile, I went to TRT and hcg MWF. It worked for fertility.
Sounds very basic and low dose, but lots of unprotected sex didn't result in pregnancy before adding hcg.
"Deep into prep" <- you answered your own question. Some guys might pull 400 ng/mL IGF-1 on 4 IU GH/d but "deep into prep" tanks IGF-1. 200 ng/mL is ok in this context.
Do you have any other IGF-1 measurements to compare?
