My fasted bg has been 90-100 on 4 ius gh i just started taking dyhdroberbirine at night so hopefully that will help my "7 day average " is 92 fasted bg? Any suggestions?

this site seems to be dying , posts are several months apart im glad this isn't the only forum on the internet

i took a whole month off in January for tennis elbow and it didn't help much ,but i've been dosing bpc157 at 1.5 mg daily so im hoping it will help in the meantime i have been using more straps for my pull movements with lighter weights of course , i have only been on the bpc157 for about 5 days...

I have elbow pain in right elbow both tennis as well as golfers elbow and its very debilitating on all pull movements

is dihydroberberine the same as regular berbirine. whats the best form of berbirine to take while on hgh my fasted bg is slightly elevated at 90-100 sometimes in the morning TIA

my bg is around 90-100 fasted im on test c and hgh should i incorporate some berberine in my supplements? its funny i can't get anything over 130 bg even after a meal? and my average bg is 112 a day according to the average given to me by multiple tests im confused and looking for advice tia
