DM'ed yesterday. Also, did finally get a response from email on October 1st, but it was just saying they still haven't gotten a response and will get me an update ASAP.
I ordered domestic on September 12th, said it was shipped on the 17th. Sat there as just shipping label created, and I emailed asking about it on the 22nd. Dash replied saying it will update any day now. I emailed again on the 26th as saying I still haven't received it and tracking still doesn't...
