Got a reply to my emails with tracking finally, the tracking said it was delivered to my old place and thankfully it was there in the mailbox. So it all worked out in the end.
Same exact situation here, I had moved recently and did a change of address , the timing was just bad with him being out of action. Emailed for tracking because I still haven't received it, hope it comes through.
