Literally same. Placed and paid on the 7th and have been emailing them since the 10th for an update. Yesterday was told “ it hasn’t moved yet, which means the locations is very busy. I'm monitoring hourly and it could move any minute at this point.” Still no tracking today

Ordered on Friday got here today, quicker than Amazon 🤣
