Several bubbles in the vial suddenly. What would cause this?

Sometimes, even though I use a needle to balance the air pressure, when I draw my reconstituted hgh several bubbles form when I take the syringe out. Is this bad?

I work away from home until the weekend. Is it worth taking hgh 3 days consecutively each week at 4 iu/day?
