I've been taking 25mg of vipers dbol pre workout and definetly noticing euphoria and strength gains, been using the pills

here's what helped me 1. Reduce sodium intake 2. 30 mins zone 2 cardio 5x a week 3. Drastically reduce caffiene intake (I was really bad about this previously) 4. Fish oil, beet root powder/QoQ10 5. Donate blood If it's still high probably best to go get BP meds from the doctor
