I’ve got a vial of injectable superdrol 80mg/ml that I apparently let get too cold. It’s got some rice sized Crystals. Anyone successfully reconstitute sdrol?

I have some raloxifene raws I need to start taking. Why does it need mixed with grain alcohol specifically. Why not 151, why not 80 proof, why not water? Explain like I’m 5
